Quality is the priority in the work the DELIGOURMET® brand. Our brand, in its attempt to improve, has the basic aim of ensuring the quality of its products and services, harmonising with implicit or explicit customer and market demands, while complying with the demands of regulations and rules.
ANALYSIS AND MONITORING
We implement exhaustive plans for the monitoring and analysis of raw materials and the finished product. These checks are backed up by internal and external quality audits of products as well as processes, checking the set standards.
TRACEABILITY SYSTEM
Traceability is a fundamental tool in product safety, guaranteeing that any stage of food processing can be followed-up, from raw materials (by approving our suppliers) up to the final product.
We have now initiated IFS (International Food Standard) quality certification.
A large part of production centres on gluten-free products, while the use of allergenic ingredients is also reduced to a minimum, thereby meeting the needs of all consumer groups.
Halal Certification for products made according to Islamic Sharia y Fiqh Law, and the regulation of the registered brand Halalán Tayeban. Licence No. HT 005-012013 TO
